Repairs completed by Precision Fix include a limited warranty on parts and labor. Warranty does not cover:
Further damage caused by misuse or accidents
Issues unrelated to the original repair
Water or liquid damage repairs
All payments must be made in full upon completion of service. Prices are provided upfront where possible, and customers will be notified of any changes before work begins.
While we take utmost care with every device, Precision Fix is not responsible for:
Pre-existing issues or hidden faults in the device
Data loss during repair (we recommend backing up your data beforehand)
Delays due to parts availability or supplier issues
Customers must provide accurate information about their device and the problem. Devices left uncollected after 60 days may be disposed of or recycled.
Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
